Emilio Urko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elano Andrade, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. OnCe PeRrOs 11's Feliberto Procopio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save OnCe PeRrOs 11 from getting a goal against them. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 41st minute of the game. One of OnCe PeRrOs 11:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Correas:s goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Patricio Filipo was the one to do the kick off. Correas's Hermengildo Ganix got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Correas's supporters rose to their feet, but Patricio Filipo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Feliberto Procopio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 85th minute Patricio Filipo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Feliberto Procopio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to OnCe PeRrOs 11 getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Elano Andrade hit a great ball. The Correas players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
