An unexpectedly hard shot by Felix Prejun in the 11th minute of play forced La Escaloneta FC's goalkeeper Artemio Montrell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Artemio Montrell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felix Prejun in the 13th minute of the match. In the 16th minute of the match Leonard Jonsson sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Artemio Montrell skillfully saved the ball. Severino Handi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Paulo Neto in the 17th minute. Artemio Montrell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felix Prejun in the 19th minute of play. After 22 played minutes La Escaloneta FC got a freekick which was hit by Marco Firmin. Artemio Montrell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vinicio Larra in the 23rd minute of the match. 24 minutes into the match, Felix Prejun notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of La Escaloneta FC's Artemio Montrell. After the first half The Oficce F.C. were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Placido Luzea to make the kick off. After 52 minutes, Felix Prejun made it 0-5 with a short kick to the right side. La Escaloneta FC's Artemio Montrell tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 57 minutes had been played when some careless play by La Escaloneta FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Vinicio Larra was slow to take the kick. During this time The Oficce F.C.'s players had a chance to rest. After some careless play in the The Oficce F.C. defense, Patricio Izotz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Severino Handi. The The Oficce F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Severino Handi should have stopped the shot. Felix Prejun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Artemio Montrell having to interfere. Artemio Montrell came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by The Oficce F.C.'s Manoel Faria. But to his dismay, Manoel Faria quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-7. After 71 played minutes The Oficce F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Maximiliano Orlondo. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Placido Luzea managed to get in a good position for a shot. La Escaloneta FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Placido Luzea was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Severino Handi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Felix Prejun was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 73rd minute. The Oficce F.C.'s manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Manoel Farias short, quick shot in the 76thth minute got Artemio Montrell to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 77th minute of the match, Felix Prejun tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Artemio Montrell saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. When The Oficce F.C.'s Felix Prejun in the 78th minute got a chance for a shot 78th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 91st minute Felix Prejun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Artemio Montrell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Oficce F.C. played a much better game than La Escaloneta FC and deserved their victory. The La Escaloneta FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
