Choya AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave F.C Barbarians the free kick. Carlos Aguiar who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 14thth minute tested the skills of Hardy Petit when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 15th minute, Carolo Toribio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gianluigi Donnarumma was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 20th match minute, F.C Barbarians was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eduardo Flores to maneuver through the defense. Gianluigi Donnarumma showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carolo Toribio, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Carlos Aguiar kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Hardy Petit. That made the score 1-2 in the 26 minute of play. Hardy Petit made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Carlos Aguiar sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Choya AFC getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Tolino Navarro hit a great ball. Eduardo Flores's shot from long distance in the 33rd minute was not bad at all, but Choya AFC's Hardy Petit knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. After 33 played minutes Choya AFC got a freekick which was hit by Matias Pere. When F.C Barbarians's Carlos Aguiar in the 40th minute got a chance for a shot 40th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Choya AFC's goalie prevented a goal. Carlos Aguiar in the 43rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Carolo Toribio to make the kick off. Hardy Petit took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eduardo Flores, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hardy Petit showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Aguiar, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hardy Petit showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball.
