With a couple of smart ball manuevers Carlos Aguiar in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Javier Urtzi saved Argentino de Dominico from getting behind. In the 46th match minute, F.C Barbarians was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Siro Abaurre to maneuver through the defense. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Carlos Aguiar made the kick off in the second half. Eduardo Flores kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Javier Urtzi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carlos Aguiar in the 63rd minute.
