In the 19th minute, Julián Álvarez had to leave the field with a concussion. CATRE's Natalio Loren was substituted for Julián Álvarez. In the 20th match minute, Recorina FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicanor Blasco to maneuver through the defense. Rene Afonso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Federico Salvatore in the 21st minute of play. Rene Afonso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Siro Ado in the 22nd minute of the match. After 24 minutes of play, CATRE's Jairo Luke made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rene Afonso was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rene Afonso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Federico Salvatore in the 27th minute of the match. When Sergio Cordarrel came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Recorina FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sergio Cordarrel couldn't finish the play. Recorina FC's Rene Afonso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yaşar Orkun in the 33rd minute of play. Rene Afonso came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by CATRE's Siro Ado. But to his dismay, Siro Ado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. After 39 minutes, Federico Salvatore made it 0-5 with a short kick to the right side. Recorina FC's Rene Afonso tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Norino Rapino was slow to take the kick. During this time CATRE's players had a chance to rest. Siro Ado took the ball and in the 48 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rene Afonso. Rene Afonso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. Disappointed in the 0-6 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Rafael Sindo charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rafael Sindo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of CATRE booed when Recorina FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rafael Sindo didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Natalio Loren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 67 minutes into the match, Federico Salvatore dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Rene Afonso, 0-9. After some careless play in the Recorina FC defense, Siro Ado kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rene Afonso. The Recorina FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rene Afonso should have stopped the shot. Recorina FC's Rene Afonso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Federico Salvatore in the 81st minute of play. Rene Afonso was out of position in the 84 minute of play, and Federico Salvatore capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Federico Salvatore really showed his touch with that goal: 0-11. 89 minutes into the game, Federico Salvatore recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Rene Afonso. Federico Salvatore showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-12.
