The supporters of FC Schalke 04 booed when BlueSky was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. 秦银凌 didn't get a good kick on the ball. 7 minutes into the match, BlueSky's goalkeeper Ferdinand Müssner had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Juarês Alves. In the 10th minute of the match, Arnaldo Corderun got a very nice opportunity to score, but Ferdinand Müssner was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Andres Azevedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. David De Gea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. David De Gea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zenon Tarka in the 14th minute of play. 16 minutes into the game, Juarês Alves lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Ferdinand Müssner. In the 28th minute Arnaldo Corderun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ferdinand Müssner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The FC Schalke 04 fans' excitement grew in the 29th match minute when FC Schalke 04's Arnaldo Corderun looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 34th minute of the match FC Schalke 04 got a corner. BlueSky's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Arnaldo Corderun ran over to the corner to take the kick. After 45 minutes of play, FC Schalke 04's Juarês Alves made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ferdinand Müssner was left in no man's land by his defense there! All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Juarês Alves to make the kick off. In the 55th minute, Timoteo Palben ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ferdinand Müssner was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. 58 minutes into the match, BlueSky's goal looked a bit too open when Arnaldo Corderun came free, but Ferdinand Müssner reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arnaldo Corderun scored 8-0 in the 61st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ferdinand Müssner, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arnaldo Corderun in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ferdinand Müssner saved BlueSky from getting behind. 69 minutes into the game, Arnaldo Corderun cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 9-0. Ferdinand Müssner was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arnaldo Corderun in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ferdinand Müssner saved BlueSky from getting behind. BlueSky's Ferdinand Müssner played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Basarab Seţeanu in the 74th minute of play. In the 83rd minute Arnaldo Corderun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ferdinand Müssner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 86 minutes, Arnaldo Corderun put it in 10-0 from a short distance just to the right of Ferdinand Müssner. FC Schalke 04 made a substitution. Călin Rădescu replaced Juarês Alves. Ferdinand Müssner came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by FC Schalke 04's Călin Rădescu. But to his dismay, Călin Rădescu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 11-0. Ferdinand Müssner showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Călin Rădescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Călin Rădescu in the 96th minute of play forced BlueSky's goalkeeper Ferdinand Müssner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. There was no doubt that FC Schalke 04 were the better team. FC Schalke 04's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
