Severiano Lawrence didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Recorina FC. Severiano Lawrence made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafael Sindo in the 42nd minute of play. In the 44th minute, Rafael Sindo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Agustín Almendra took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rene Afonso. Rene Afonso was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Rene Afonso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Agustín Almendra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafael Sindo in the 83rd minute of play forced Garruchos's goalkeeper Severiano Lawrence to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
