Gaudencio Pelayo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nicasio Atarratze having to make a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gaudencio Pelayo in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nicasio Atarratze saved CATRE from getting behind. CATRE's Nicasio Atarratze played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gaudencio Pelayo in the 21st minute of play. Nicasio Atarratze stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gaudencio Pelayo's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. Miromir Wojton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Siro Ado in the 26th minute of the match. A collision led to CATRE getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Asaf Ozan hit a great ball. If Justino Ferrando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 28 minutes into the match, CATRE's goal looked a bit too open when Justino Ferrando came free, but Nicasio Atarratze reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nicasio Atarratze made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hernán Diaz in the 33rd minute of play. Gaudencio Pelayo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicasio Atarratze having to interfere. Gaudencio Pelayo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nicasio Atarratze read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. In the 45th minute, Gaudencio Pelayo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The CATRE players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. La France were winning 0-3.
