Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Ramiro Ekialde started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 3rd match minute, Urundel was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Osvaldo Solustiano to maneuver through the defense. When Atlético Matorrales's Tadeo Quilino in the 5th minute got a chance for a shot 5th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Urundel's goalie prevented a goal. Diego Leocadio struck a weak shot in the 6th minute. Mariano Eguerdi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Atlético Matorrales. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tadeo Quilino in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mariano Eguerdi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mariano Eguerdi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tadeo Quilino in the 10th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Anastasio Caton managed to get in a good position for a shot. Atlético Matorrales's supporters rose to their feet, but Anastasio Caton was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mariano Eguerdi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 12 minutes into the match, Urundel's goal looked a bit too open when Tadeo Quilino came free, but Mariano Eguerdi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Urundel's Gabriel Sein in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Atlético Matorrales's goalie prevented a goal. In the 19thth minute of the game Tadeo Quilino who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Urundel's Mariano Eguerdi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A hard shot 24 in the game by Gabriel Sein from a close distance when the talented Leonardo Loco managed to make a qualified save. Atlético Matorrales's players were relieved. Osvaldo Solustiano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Gabriel Sein had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A sloppy throw-in by Alonzo Ralondo in the 39th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Atlético Matorrales's Anastasio Caton. In the 43rd minute Niceto Sabin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mariano Eguerdi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ambrosio Damario charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ambrosio Damario the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

In the 54th minute, Roque Fraco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Urundel's Osvaldo Solustiano got a free kick in the 54th minute. Tadeo Quilino scored 0-2 in the 56th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mariano Eguerdi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Urundel's zone, Ambrosio Damario stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mariano Eguerdi came out of the goal and Ambrosio Damario tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tadeo Quilino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tadeo Quilino who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 68thth minute tested the skills of Mariano Eguerdi when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Tadeo Quilino might have been able to make a better finish in the 72nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mariano Eguerdi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tadeo Quilino ran back to his position shaking his head. Severiano Ebardo struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Mariano Eguerdi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Atlético Matorrales. Ramiro Ekialde's late challenge caught a Atlético Matorrales's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ramiro Ekialde helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Atlético Matorrales booed when Urundel was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ramiro Ekialde didn't get a good kick on the ball. Atlético Matorrales's Leonardo Loco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabriel Sein in the 79th minute of play. Atlético Matorrales's Tadeo Quilino suffered a concussion after 85 minutes and had to leave the field. Pascual Azibar kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. In the 87th minute Edward Narbut shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mariano Eguerdi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alonzo Ralondo's late challenge caught a Atlético Matorrales's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alonzo Ralondo helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Urundel's Alonzo Ralondo got a free kick in the 88th minute. Jonas Bilintx struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Mariano Eguerdi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Atlético Matorrales. Atlético Matorrales played a much better game than Urundel and deserved their victory. The Urundel players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
