The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Kazimierz Drugi was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Fabricio Leoncio showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 3 minute of play. Honorio Luix received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Kazimierz Drugi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of MegaDeth booed when Wolfwalkers F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Angel Ofelio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Benjamin Brais showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miguel Xuereb in the 10th minute of the match. Honorio Luix might have been able to make a better finish in the 11th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kazimierz Drugi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Honorio Luix ran back to his position shaking his head. The referee felt a red card was in order, 13 minutes into the game, when Yetkiner Hidayettin put in a rough tackle. After 13 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for MegaDeth! Fabricio Leoncio shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Kazimierz Drugi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Angel Ofelio in the 19th minute of play. Benjamin Brais made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miguel Xuereb in the 20th minute of play. Benjamin Brais showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cipriano Lorien in the 22nd minute of the match. With his leg Kazimierz Drugi managed to avoid a goal in the 23rdth minute, when Wolfwalkers F.C.'s Fabricio Leoncio fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 25 minutes into the game, MegaDeth's Cipriano Lorien nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benjamin Brais made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Miguel Xuereb sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 30th minute, Fabricio Leoncio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Benjamin Brais took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miguel Xuereb, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fabricio Leoncio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Kazimierz Drugi made a huge save. After 37 minutes, Timoteo Olivar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the MegaDeth and the Wolfwalkers F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to MegaDeth getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Timoteo Olivar hit a great ball. In the 38th minute, Wolfwalkers F.C.'s Fabricio Leoncio ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Kazimierz Drugi. Kazimierz Drugi yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. 45 minutes into the match, MegaDeth's goalkeeper Kazimierz Drugi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fabricio Leoncio. Honorio Luix sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fabricio Leoncio made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miguel Xuereb in the 54th minute of play forced Wolfwalkers F.C.'s goalkeeper Benjamin Brais to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benjamin Brais made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cipriano Lorien in the 55th minute of play. Miguel Xuereb charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Miguel Xuereb the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Miguel Xuereb kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. When Wolfwalkers F.C.'s Fabricio Leoncio in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye MegaDeth's goalie prevented a goal. Honorio Luix received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Kazimierz Drugi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kazimierz Drugi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fabricio Leoncio's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. Honorio Luix recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fabricio Leoncio in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kazimierz Drugi saved MegaDeth from getting behind. After 65 played minutes MegaDeth got a freekick which was hit by Americo Bernebe. 72 minutes into the match, Wolfwalkers F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Miguel Xuereb came free, but Benjamin Brais reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Fabricio Leoncio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 75 played minutes MegaDeth got a freekick which was hit by Americo Bernebe. 76 minutes into the match, Wolfwalkers F.C.'s Cecilio Soin broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. When Damaso Quico fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored MegaDeth's protests and gave Damaso Quico a yellow card for diving instead. Damaso Quico kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. 83 minutes into the match, MegaDeth's goal looked a bit too open when Honorio Luix came free, but Kazimierz Drugi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Wolfwalkers F.C.'s zone, Damaso Quico stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benjamin Brais came out of the goal and Damaso Quico tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Benjamin Brais showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miguel Xuereb in the 90th minute of the match. After 92 played minutes Wolfwalkers F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Angel Ofelio. In the 94th minute, Angel Ofelio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kazimierz Drugi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabricio Leoncio in the 96th minute of play. Wolfwalkers F.C.'s supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
