Alex Espírito Santo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cipriano Lorien in the 10th minute of the match. Kazimierz Drugi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Justo Rolado went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Justo Rolado charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Justo Rolado the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 21st minute, Justo Rolado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Belgrano CBA's Alex Espírito Santo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Belgrano CBA from getting a goal against them. The supporters of MegaDeth booed when Belgrano CBA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Justo Rolado didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Justo Rolado in the 33rd minute of play forced MegaDeth's goalkeeper Kazimierz Drugi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Melquiades Hotz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kazimierz Drugi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. If Melquiades Hotz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Justo Rolado in the 44th minute of play forced MegaDeth's goalkeeper Kazimierz Drugi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With an all-out effort, MegaDeth's Alex Espírito Santo threw himself towards the right post 46 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Miguel Xuereb, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Miguel Xuereb recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miguel Xuereb in the 56th minute of play forced Belgrano CBA's goalkeeper Alex Espírito Santo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. MegaDeth's Kazimierz Drugi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save MegaDeth from getting a goal against them. Kazimierz Drugi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Justo Rolado in the 59th minute. After 64 minutes of play, Belgrano CBA's Justo Rolado made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kazimierz Drugi was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 72nd minute, Justo Rolado left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Belgrano CBA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Americo Bernebe hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. In the 78th minute, Melquiades Hotz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Kazimierz Drugi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Melquiades Hotz, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Kazimierz Drugi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Justo Rolado in the 83rd minute. Melquiades Hotz struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Kazimierz Drugi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Belgrano CBA. Kazimierz Drugi came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Belgrano CBA's Justo Rolado. But to his dismay, Justo Rolado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. The MegaDeth fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Belgrano CBA were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
