Spectators: 7506 (Terracing: 5630, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 150) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Jairo Lore kicked off to start the match. After a rather tough play, Monteverde's Hernan Jago got a free kick in the 5th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Eliseo Franco managed to get in a good position for a shot. EDEPA's supporters rose to their feet, but Eliseo Franco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Camilo Sarracino breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in EDEPA's zone, Dario Santio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Baldomero Sal came out of the goal and Dario Santio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Baldomero Sal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pastor Berenguer in the 20th minute of play. Mauricio Checa charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mauricio Checa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 22 played minutes Monteverde got a freekick which was hit by Mauricio Checa. Camilo Sarracino didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eliseo Franco went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind Monteverde's goalkeeper Camilo Sarracino, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Jairo Lore's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Camilo Sarracino was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. 38 minutes into the match, EDEPA's goal looked a bit too open when Erubiel Ted came free, but Baldomero Sal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jairo Lore fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Camilo Sarracino having to interfere. Pastor Berenguer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 45th minute, Higinio Confesor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Nemesio Ipar blasted a shot towards the goal in the 50th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Camilo Sarracino having to make a save. In the 51st minute, Jairo Lore ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Camilo Sarracino was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Jairo Lore received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Camilo Sarracino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Camilo Sarracino didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when EDEPA's Jairo Lore shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 5-0 in the ordered_time% minute. Camilo Sarracino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jairo Lore, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. EDEPA's Baldomero Sal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save EDEPA from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, EDEPA's Baldomero Sal got control of the ball when Pastor Berenguer tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rafael Pitin's late challenge caught a EDEPA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rafael Pitin helped the player get up and apologised. In the 73rd minute, Rafael Pitin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. EDEPA's Justo Tartalo was substituted for Jacinto Brion. After 74 played minutes Monteverde got a freekick which was hit by Rafael Pitin. After 75th play minutes Jairo Lore shot 6-0, a short shot which went by Camilo Sarracino and just under the crossbar into goal. After 85 minutes, Jairo Lore made it 8-0 with a short kick to the right side. Monteverde's Camilo Sarracino tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. EDEPA fully deserved thier win.
