Spectators: 7474 (Terracing: 5607, Seating: 1718, VIP seats: 149) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Victoriano Maore took the kick off in the first half of the match. Victoriano Maore's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonas Feo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 7th minute of play. Ernesto Presebal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Nicasio Regis made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Linterna Verde FC's zone, Victoriano Maore stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonas Feo came out of the goal and Victoriano Maore tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nicasio Regis was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ernesto Presebal showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 12 minute of play. In the 15th minute, Linterna Verde FC's Rodrigo Intxixu seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Rodrigo Intxixu the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Linterna Verde FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Rodrigo Intxixu had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Rodrigo Intxixu hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. After having played for 17 minutes, Roman Rito managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Los gatos jugadores's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roman Rito was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nicasio Regis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anier Urdin, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Melquiades Bieito in the 20th minute of play forced Linterna Verde FC's goalkeeper Jonas Feo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jonas Feo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Victoriano Maore's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. The supporters of Los gatos jugadores booed when Linterna Verde FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joel Benino didn't get a good kick on the ball. Melquiades Bieito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Victoriano Maore received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Jonas Feo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Linterna Verde FC getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Ernesto Presebal hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Melquiades Bieito managed to get in a good position for a shot. Los gatos jugadores's supporters rose to their feet, but Melquiades Bieito was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonas Feo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 37 minutes into the match, Victoriano Maore notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Linterna Verde FC's Jonas Feo. Jonas Feo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Gaston Oso kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. When Joel Benino fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Linterna Verde FC's protests and gave Joel Benino a yellow card for diving instead. After 47 played minutes Linterna Verde FC got a freekick which was hit by Joel Benino.

Los gatos jugadores's Basilio Oihan was substituted for Antonio Gartzea. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Anier Urdin to strike the kick off in the second half. Melquiades Bieito recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Melquiades Bieito in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonas Feo saved Linterna Verde FC from getting behind. Victoriano Maore succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-3 in the 66th playminute. With a little luck, Linterna Verde FC's Jonas Feo got control of the ball when Victoriano Maore tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 70th minute Melquiades Bieito suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. Los gatos jugadores made a substitution. Emilio Vincent replaced Melquiades Bieito. In the 71st match minute, Linterna Verde FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albano Matei to maneuver through the defense. Victoriano Maore struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Jonas Feo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Los gatos jugadores. Victoriano Maore kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 73rdth minute. Though ot was a great shot Linterna Verde FC's keeper Jonas Feo was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. Los gatos jugadores's attack was well implemented in the 74th minute, but when Victoriano Maore was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. The Los gatos jugadores fans' excitement grew in the 76th match minute when Los gatos jugadores's Victoriano Maore looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Celestino Kimetz charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Celestino Kimetz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Los gatos jugadores's Celestino Kimetz got a free kick in the 79th minute. After 81 minutes of play, Los gatos jugadores's Victoriano Maore made it 1-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonas Feo was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 85th match minute, Linterna Verde FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vladimiro Gines to maneuver through the defense. Jonas Feo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emilio Vincent in the 89th minute of the match. Jonas Feo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emilio Vincent, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. In the 97th minute of the match, Victoriano Maore got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jonas Feo was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post.
