The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of Real Napoles booed when Simogasta FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bill Coekx didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rodolfo Unax was a little too slow when Reynaldo Enekoitz got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 9th minute. The score was now 2-0. Real Napoles's Rodolfo Unax played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reynaldo Enekoitz in the 12th minute of play. Cristian Lon charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cristian Lon the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 12th match minute, Real Napoles was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristian Lon to maneuver through the defense. In the 13th minute of the match Braian Romero shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rodolfo Unax showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When Simogasta FC's Reynaldo Enekoitz in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After some careless play in the Real Napoles defense, Donato Estavan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rodolfo Unax. The Real Napoles fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rodolfo Unax should have stopped the shot. Donato Estavan might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rodolfo Unax. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Donato Estavan ran back to his position shaking his head. Delmar Betadur's late challenge caught a Simogasta FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Delmar Betadur helped the player get up and apologised. In the 41st match minute, Real Napoles was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Delmar Betadur to maneuver through the defense. 44 minutes into the match, Real Napoles's goal looked a bit too open when Reynaldo Enekoitz came free, but Rodolfo Unax reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Real Napoles's zone, Reynaldo Enekoitz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rodolfo Unax came out of the goal and Reynaldo Enekoitz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Orlando Maxin made the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Simogasta FC's goalkeeper Filip Kaczanka had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Severiano Bertol. Donato Estavan scored 5-0 in the 57th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rodolfo Unax, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Reynaldo Enekoitz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rodolfo Unax having to make a save. Filip Kaczanka didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 64th minute, which inside left pole to 5-1. When the match had gone on for 67 minutes, Reynaldo Enekoitz put it in 6-1 from a short distance just to the right of Rodolfo Unax. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Reynaldo Enekoitz in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rodolfo Unax prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Donato Estavan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rodolfo Unax read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. Rodolfo Unax made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reynaldo Enekoitz in the 81st minute of play. Orlando Maxin struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Filip Kaczanka didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Real Napoles. Simogasta FC made a substitution. Ermegildo Chap replaced Bill Coekx. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reynaldo Enekoitz in the 96th minute of play forced Real Napoles's goalkeeper Rodolfo Unax to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
