Severiano Bertol kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Nicasio Regis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Orlando Maxin in the 12th minute of play. Rodolfo Unax took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Melquiades Bieito, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 15 minutes of play, Los gatos jugadores's Victoriano Maore made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rodolfo Unax was left in no man's land by his defense there! Melquiades Bieito was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 19th minute. Los gatos jugadores's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Real Napoles's Rodolfo Unax played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Melquiades Bieito in the 21st minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Victoriano Maore kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Rodolfo Unax. That made the score 3-0 in the 27 minute of play. Victoriano Maore fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rodolfo Unax having to interfere. In the 46th minute Melquiades Bieito shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodolfo Unax saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 55th match minute, Real Napoles was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jose Batista to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Real Napoles's Severiano Bertol got a free kick in the 56th minute. A collision led to Los gatos jugadores getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Jacobo Ubelteso hit a great ball. Rodolfo Unax showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Melquiades Bieito in the 65th minute of the match. In the 70th minute, Melquiades Bieito left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Los gatos jugadores fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Melquiades Bieito managed to get in a good position for a shot. Los gatos jugadores's supporters rose to their feet, but Melquiades Bieito was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rodolfo Unax breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Los gatos jugadores booed when Real Napoles was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bartolo Raphael didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 79th minute of the match Los gatos jugadores got a corner. Real Napoles's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Roman Rito ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Roman Rito almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Real Napoles's Rodolfo Unax did a great save. After 80 played minutes Real Napoles got a freekick which was hit by Cristian Lon. 81 minutes into the match, Real Napoles's goal looked a bit too open when Victoriano Maore came free, but Rodolfo Unax reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Melquiades Bieito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Melquiades Bieito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 94 minutes into the match, Real Napoles's goal looked a bit too open when Victoriano Maore came free, but Rodolfo Unax reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 96th minute, Honorio Felipo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Los gatos jugadores's zone, Patricio Barea stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nicasio Regis came out of the goal and Patricio Barea tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Los gatos jugadores's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
