The audience was convinced that Desiderio Tristan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Paulino Tallia was relentless in the 6th minute of the game. In the 8th minute Desiderio Tristan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulino Tallia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Danilo Quinten in the 20th minute of play forced HellFishes FC's goalkeeper Paulino Tallia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 27 minutes into the match, HellFishes FC's goal looked a bit too open when Desiderio Tristan came free, but Paulino Tallia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 69 minutes, Danilo Quinten managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gil's supporters crossed their fingers, but Danilo Quinten was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. HellFishes FC's Paulino Tallia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Desiderio Tristan in the 70th minute of play. Paulino Tallia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Desiderio Tristan in the 72nd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Danilo Quinten got free with Paulino Tallia in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Desiderio Tristan hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. HellFishes FC's attentive Teodoro Gombal managed to snatch the ball when Ruperto Salomon made a throw-in in the 78th minute of the game. In the 81st minute, Danilo Quinten ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Paulino Tallia was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. With his leg Paulino Tallia managed to avoid a goal in the 84thth minute, when Gil's Danilo Quinten fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Paulino Tallia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Desiderio Tristan in the 85th minute of play. 86 minutes into the match, Gil's goal looked a bit too open when Armando Oliverio came free, but Gavino Frederico reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of HellFishes FC booed when Gil was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lisandro Garcia didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 91 minutes, Lisandro Garcia mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gil and the HellFishes FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Gil's Lisandro Garcia got a free kick in the 92nd minute. 95 minutes into the game, Danilo Quinten cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Paulino Tallia was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Gil eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
