Claudio Normando stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Modesto Munio's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. Maximino Errapels short, quick shot in the 17thth minute got Cai Qian to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Cai Qian made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Maximino Errapel sent off a good shot on target. In the 20th minute of the match, Tolek Wojno tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Cai Qian saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Claudio Normando showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicolas Indar, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Claudio Normando made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Modesto Munio in the 23rd minute of play. Cai Qian made an important save on a dangerous shot by Maximino Errapel in the 25th minute. In the 25th minute, Saint Etienne FC's Maximino Errapel dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Cai Qian stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tolek Wojno's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. Saint Etienne FC's Claudio Normando played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Modesto Munio in the 33rd minute of play. Claudio Normando took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ettore Castagna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ombucito AFC were awarded a corner in the 38th minute after Saint Etienne FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Filiberto Nicholas took the corner. After taking down the ball on Ombucito AFC's corner Nicolas Indar fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Claudio Normando quite easily take care of the ball. 47 minutes into the match, Saint Etienne FC's goal looked a bit too open when Modesto Munio came free, but Claudio Normando reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 48th minute of the match Ombucito AFC got a corner. Saint Etienne FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Filiberto Nicholas ran over to the corner to take the kick. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tolek Wojno made a kick off. Cai Qian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tolek Wojno in the 54th minute of play. Saint Etienne FC's Claudio Normando proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Saint Etienne FC from getting a goal against them. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Modesto Munio in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Claudio Normando saved Saint Etienne FC from getting behind. 59 minutes into the game, Ettore Castagna recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Claudio Normando. Ettore Castagna showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Saint Etienne FC's Inocencio Urko was substituted for Vladimiro Oriche. In the 65th match minute, Saint Etienne FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emanuel Gigliotti to maneuver through the defense. In the 70th minute, Ettore Castagna ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Claudio Normando was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. A collision led to Ombucito AFC getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Nicolas Indar hit a great ball. Claudio Normando made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Modesto Munio in the 75th minute of play. Ombucito AFC's Cai Qian played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximino Errapel in the 79th minute of play. With a little luck, Saint Etienne FC's Claudio Normando got control of the ball when Ettore Castagna tried to sneak it across the goal line. Claudio Normando made an important save on a dangerous shot by Modesto Munio in the 85th minute. In the 87th minute, Ettore Castagna made a precise shot to the right of Claudio Normando. Saint Etienne FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. 94 minutes into the game, Ettore Castagna recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Claudio Normando. Ettore Castagna showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-4. When the match was over Ombucito AFC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Saint Etienne FC throughout the match.
