Argentinos Juniors's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alfredo Onbera was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ettore Castagna could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Oscar Urtzi made a huge save. The supporters of Ombucito AFC booed when Argentinos Juniors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anastasio Clementi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Modesto Munio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oscar Urtzi having to interfere. Ettore Castagna succeeded in the game's 46th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 4-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Modesto Munio to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Ombucito AFC getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Florentino Tome hit a great ball. With his leg Cai Qian managed to avoid a goal in the 55thth minute, when Argentinos Juniors's Dario Mogel fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Ettore Castagna blasted a shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Oscar Urtzi having to make a save. 60 minutes into the match, Argentinos Juniors's goal looked a bit too open when Ettore Castagna came free, but Oscar Urtzi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Aquilino Joseph fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Argentinos Juniors's protests and gave Aquilino Joseph a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Argentinos Juniors's Anastasio Clementi got a free kick in the 79th minute. In the 82nd minute, Modesto Munio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ombucito AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. Anastasio Clementi hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Argentinos Juniors's Oscar Urtzi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Modesto Munio in the 92nd minute of play. Modesto Munio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oscar Urtzi having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Ombucito AFC had played much better football throughout.
