After having played for 36 minutes, Hector Dolfos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Azterian FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hector Dolfos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Zacarias Fernandez struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Florentino Cristofol didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Azterian FC. Florentino Cristofol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Endira in the 39th minute of the match. Froilan Firme kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. In the 46th minute, Pedro Endira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Froilan Firme to make the kick off. Florentino Cristofol came out of the goal and Pedro Endira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Florentino Cristofol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedro Endira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Azterian FC booed when Litoral Rovers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Froilan Firme didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nereo Ibon hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pedro Endira in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Florentino Cristofol prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Azterian FC were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
