The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 18 minutes into the game, Cayetano Darien recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Alberto Mikelar. Cayetano Darien showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. In the 31st match minute, Alvarado was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Santiago Franco to maneuver through the defense. 34 minutes into the match, Baldomiro Maties notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Alvarado's Alberto Mikelar. Alberto Mikelar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cayetano Darien fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alberto Mikelar having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Silvio Sidro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Kong Sen Chen hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. When Santiago Franco fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Alvarado's protests and gave Santiago Franco a yellow card for diving instead. After 53 played minutes Alvarado got a freekick which was hit by Santiago Franco. Alvarado's Alberto Mikelar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cayetano Darien in the 55th minute of play. Jacobo Maxin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Silvio Sidro in the 56th minute. Baldomiro Maties struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Alberto Mikelar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pakua FC. The supporters of Pakua FC booed when Alvarado was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eugenio Cortez didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Pakua FC getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Virgilio Eron hit a great ball. With a little luck, Pakua FC's Jacobo Maxin got control of the ball when Silvio Sidro tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 77th minute Baldomiro Maties shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alberto Mikelar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pakua FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Kong Sen Chen in the 78th minute. Samuel Mancio hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. After 81 minutes, Teodoro Mino mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Alvarado and the Pakua FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. When Kong Sen Chen came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Pakua FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kong Sen Chen couldn't finish the play. In the 93rd minute Eugenio Cortez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacobo Maxin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tebaldo Mondejar kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match.
