In the 3rd match minute, RamonaClub was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tobias Nafarroa to maneuver through the defense. AKD's attentive Anastasio Bieito managed to snatch the ball when Elano Montenegro made a throw-in in the 8th minute of the game. The audience was convinced that Pascual Aznar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lisandro Tonio was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. After 11 minutes, Bernabe Eufrasio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the RamonaClub and the AKD players grew even worse after the yellow card. Bernabe Eufrasio hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Timoteo Udalaitz got free with Nunez Aritza in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Cristian Escobar fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored AKD's protests and gave Cristian Escobar a yellow card for diving instead. After 16 played minutes AKD got a freekick which was hit by Cristian Escobar. If Gabriel Figueroa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 20th minute Pascual Aznar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lisandro Tonio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the RamonaClub defense, Pascual Aznar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lisandro Tonio. The RamonaClub fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lisandro Tonio should have stopped the shot. In the 22nd minute, Gabriel Figueroa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of AKD booed when RamonaClub was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Timoteo Udalaitz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gabriel Figueroa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Nunez Aritza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 28th minute, Timoteo Colon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eusebio Venceslao took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lisandro Tonio. Lisandro Tonio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Abel Garaona fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lisandro Tonio having to interfere. In the 44th minute Everardo Avellaneda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nunez Aritza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eusebio Venceslao took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lisandro Tonio. Lisandro Tonio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3.

The supporters of RamonaClub booed when AKD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristian Escobar didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 53rd minute of the match Everardo Avellaneda shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nunez Aritza showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Lisandro Tonio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pascual Aznar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee felt a red card was in order, 70 minutes into the game, when Delmiro Bortzaioriz put in a rough tackle. After 71 played minutes RamonaClub got a freekick which was hit by Delmiro Bortzaioriz. After a defensive mix-up in RamonaClub's zone, Pascual Aznar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lisandro Tonio came out of the goal and Pascual Aznar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Anibal Mendebal hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. After having played for 83 minutes, Pascual Aznar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AKD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pascual Aznar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The RamonaClub fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. AKD were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
