Spectators: 7492 (Terracing: 5620, Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 149) Union de Sta Fe's Jairo Arlo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 2nd minute, Sebastian Igon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Roman Hever during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 6 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Union de Sta Fe! An unexpectedly hard shot by Diego Zayas in the 10th minute of play forced Bebidas versalles's goalkeeper Javier Erruki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Javier Erruki was out of position in the 13 minute of play, and Jairo Arlo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Jairo Arlo really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. Bebidas versalles's Javier Erruki proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Bebidas versalles from getting a goal against them. Zacarias Sansone received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Baldomiro Restu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Bebidas versalles booed when Union de Sta Fe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonardo Reyes didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 23 minutes, Zacarias Sansone made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. Union de Sta Fe's Baldomiro Restu tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Union de Sta Fe were awarded a corner in the 29th minute after Bebidas versalles's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Eduardo Harriet took the corner. When Diego Zayas came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Union de Sta Fe fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Diego Zayas couldn't finish the play. Sebastian Igon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baldomiro Restu having to interfere. After 40 played minutes Bebidas versalles got a freekick which was hit by Uriel Montay. In the 42nd minute Freddy Mino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Javier Erruki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Javier Erruki made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jairo Arlo in the 43rd minute. Tobias Ibon's late challenge caught a Union de Sta Fe's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tobias Ibon helped the player get up and apologised. Tobias Ibon kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sebastian Igon to make the kick off. In the 51st minute, Diego Zayas made a precise shot to the right of Javier Erruki. Bebidas versalles's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-2. After a rather tough play, Bebidas versalles's Tobias Ibon got a free kick in the 56th minute. Javier Erruki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jairo Arlo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 63 played minutes Union de Sta Fe got a freekick which was hit by Leonardo Reyes. The supporters of Bebidas versalles booed when Union de Sta Fe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Freddy Mino didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eduardo Harriet, 82 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Bebidas versalles's Ignacio Dei slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Baldomiro Restu. That made the score 6-3 after 85 minutes of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Freddy Mino in the 90th minute of play forced Bebidas versalles's goalkeeper Javier Erruki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Javier Erruki stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jairo Arlo's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. Tobias Ibon kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Union de Sta Fe's Diego Zayas got a free kick in the 96th minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Union de Sta Fe fans cheered their team off the field, for while Bebidas versalles had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
