GrondofiSu FC's Daniel Ştefănucă got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fidel Atarrabi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miguel Berbiz, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Fidel Atarrabi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Ştefănucă in the 21st minute of play. After 22 minutes of play, GrondofiSu FC's Eugène Meissonnier made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fidel Atarrabi was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Enclenques booed when GrondofiSu FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eugène Meissonnier didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Salvador Maldonado managed to get in a good position for a shot. GrondofiSu FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Salvador Maldonado was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fidel Atarrabi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fidel Atarrabi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eustaquio Laurendi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Enclenques's Fidel Atarrabi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miguel Berbiz in the 34th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eugène Meissonnier in the 43rd minute of play forced Enclenques's goalkeeper Fidel Atarrabi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hector Txartiko's late challenge caught a GrondofiSu FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hector Txartiko helped the player get up and apologised. Hector Txartiko kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Miguel Berbiz made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Eugène Meissonnier had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fidel Atarrabi. Enclenques's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eugène Meissonnier was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind Enclenques's goalkeeper Fidel Atarrabi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some careless play in the Enclenques defense, Daniel Ştefănucă kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fidel Atarrabi. The Enclenques fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fidel Atarrabi should have stopped the shot. Eugène Meissonnier scored 0-8 in the 67th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fidel Atarrabi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Santiago Eutor's late challenge caught a GrondofiSu FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Santiago Eutor helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Enclenques getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Santiago Eutor hit a great ball. Miguel Berbiz didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 0-10 via right post in the game's 80th minute. GrondofiSu FC's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! Osvaldo Infante hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Fidel Atarrabi was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Miguel Berbiz showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-11 in the 87 minute of play. GrondofiSu FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
