Mrongowiusz Mściwój tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A throw-in in the 95th minute of the game was made by Ladislao Gutxi with Cemalettin Cihangir as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Enclenques lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
