Spectators: 7496 (Terracing: 5646, Seating: 1700, VIP seats: 150) Godofredo Lucian started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Godofredo Lucian recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jerzy Sidorowicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stefano Wilhelm, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, LA MERCED F.C.'s Victorio Fidele got a free kick in the 7th minute. Jerzy Sidorowicz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Godofredo Lucian, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. A collision led to Branca Fresh getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Mauro Boselli hit a great ball. Branca Fresh's Mario Colon got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jerzy Sidorowicz came out of the goal and Stefano Wilhelm tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 35 minutes of play, Branca Fresh's Acácio de Godoi made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jimeno Rius was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 38th match minute, Branca Fresh was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Flavio Ubelteso to maneuver through the defense. Albano Nahia's late challenge caught a Branca Fresh's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Albano Nahia helped the player get up and apologised. In the 42nd minute, Stefano Wilhelm made a precise shot to the right of Jerzy Sidorowicz. Branca Fresh's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Mauro Boselli made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, LA MERCED F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Mario Colon came free, but Jimeno Rius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jerzy Sidorowicz was out of position in the 71 minute of play, and Stefano Wilhelm capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Stefano Wilhelm really showed his touch with that goal: 1-5. LA MERCED F.C.'s Silverio Mitxaut was substituted for Godofredo Lucian. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Stefano Wilhelm managed to get in a good position for a shot. LA MERCED F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Stefano Wilhelm was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jerzy Sidorowicz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the LA MERCED F.C. defense, Ksawery Skorny kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jimeno Rius. The LA MERCED F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jimeno Rius should have stopped the shot.
