Gualterio Sadurni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mauro Luzea in the 15th minute of the match. After having played for 16 minutes, Salbatore Zapico managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. DIVISORIA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Salbatore Zapico was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 18 minutes into the game, Walter Connor recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Conrado Marques. Walter Connor showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Deportivo Glenn Hughes's defense didn't have a chance, in the 22nd minute, when Walter Connor scored to the left of an out of position Conrado Marques, making the score, 2-0. In the 27th minute, Salbatore Zapico left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The DIVISORIA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. 35 minutes into the game, Deportivo Glenn Hughes's Mauro Luzea nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gualterio Sadurni made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. Deportivo Glenn Hughes's Conrado Marques played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Walter Connor in the 39th minute of play. After 40 minutes Deportivo Glenn Hughes's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Di Cheng Guang who took care of the corner kick. Honorio Fonso was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Leopoldo Eate hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. But to his dismay, Salbatore Zapico quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-1 at half-time.

Conrado Marques took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Salbatore Zapico, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Walter Connor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Walter Connor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 59 minutes into the match, Walter Connor had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Conrado Marques. Deportivo Glenn Hughes's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Walter Connor was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-1. After a defensive mix-up in Deportivo Glenn Hughes's zone, Salbatore Zapico stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Conrado Marques came out of the goal and Salbatore Zapico tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. DIVISORIA's Salbatore Zapico got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Deportivo Glenn Hughes booed when DIVISORIA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cazimir Morovan didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Walter Connor came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the DIVISORIA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Walter Connor couldn't finish the play. Walter Connor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Conrado Marques having to interfere. If Agustin Perutxo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 75th minute, Salbatore Zapico got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 81 minutes into the match, Walter Connor had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Conrado Marques. There was no doubt that DIVISORIA were the better team. DIVISORIA's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
