Aurelio Nastasio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Anastasio Poncio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Mauro Luzea managed to get in a good position for a shot. Deportivo Glenn Hughes's supporters rose to their feet, but Mauro Luzea was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vladimiro Mundo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Mauro Luzea came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Deportivo Glenn Hughes fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mauro Luzea couldn't finish the play. Luis Colon charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Luis Colon the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Bartolo Cerilo hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Anastasio Poncio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mauro Luzea ran back to his position shaking his head. The Deportivo Glenn Hughes players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FC Rejuntado were winning 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hipolito Mazuste was the one to do the kick off. Vladimiro Mundo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anastasio Poncio, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. In the 88th minute, Bartolo Cerilo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Anastasio Poncio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Vladimiro Mundo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 95th match minute, FC Rejuntado was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Francisco Hernandez to maneuver through the defense. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. FC Rejuntado had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
