Aldo Erauso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Romulo Fe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 21 minutes, Humberto Francho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Polvaredas FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Humberto Francho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 23 minutes into the game, Maximino Bermudo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Estudiantes LP's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Polvaredas FC the free kick. Maximino Bermudo hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. After 30 minutes, Mariano Rios mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Polvaredas FC and the Estudiantes LP players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Polvaredas FC's Mariano Rios got a free kick in the 30th minute. When Ulises Rosalio came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Estudiantes LP fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ulises Rosalio couldn't finish the play. Maximino Bermudo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Octavio Geleberto hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. After 41 minutes, Ulises Rosalio made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. Polvaredas FC's Romulo Fe tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 46thth minute of the game Ulises Rosalio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Polvaredas FC's Romulo Fe was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Romulo Fe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ulises Rosalio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

When Estudiantes LP's Ulises Rosalio in the 53rd minute got a chance for a shot 53rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Ulises Rosalio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Romulo Fe made a huge save. 60 minutes into the match, Clemente Hernando had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dalmacio Bizi. Estudiantes LP's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Clemente Hernando was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. Romulo Fe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aldo Erauso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ulises Rosalio struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Romulo Fe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Estudiantes LP. Polvaredas FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 66th minute, when Aldo Erauso scored to the left of an out of position Romulo Fe, making the score, 1-5. If Clemente Hernando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dalmacio Bizi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clemente Hernando in the 73rd minute of the match. In the 76th minute Clemente Hernando shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dalmacio Bizi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 77th minute the ball was on its way in behind Polvaredas FC's goalkeeper Romulo Fe, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ulises Rosalio's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 79thth minute, Romulo Fe skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Felipe Salamon hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. In the 81st minute, Everardo Dalmu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Estudiantes LP fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-6. After 84 played minutes Estudiantes LP got a freekick which was hit by Norberto Quintun. In the 86th match minute, Estudiantes LP was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Norberto Quintun to maneuver through the defense. Dalmacio Bizi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariano Rios, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Estudiantes LP's zone, Clemente Hernando stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dalmacio Bizi came out of the goal and Clemente Hernando tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Polvaredas FC booed when Estudiantes LP was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leo Burni didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 95th minute Humberto Francho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dalmacio Bizi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Estudiantes LP's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
