Harkaitz Munguia was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Roque Gartzea showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 10 minute of play. After 14 played minutes Burruyaco got a freekick which was hit by Árpád Sámuel. Harkaitz Munguia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ismael Mundo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Venancio Suero did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-2 to the left of a surprised Erol Batıhan 57 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Baldovino Cendan got free with Erol Batıhan in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 61 minutes into the match, Burruyaco's Ismael Mundo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Harkaitz Munguia narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Harkaitz Munguia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ismael Mundo, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. In the 87th minute Rene Dominguez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Harkaitz Munguia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Roque Gartzea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Harkaitz Munguia having to interfere. Palmarcito were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Burruyaco's much stronger midfield.
