Paris Saint Germain's Anastasio Savion played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alejandro Baristo in the 9th minute of play. When Edgardo Claude came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the ROSARIO CENTRAL fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edgardo Claude couldn't finish the play. 15 minutes into the match, ROSARIO CENTRAL's goal looked a bit too open when Gonzalo Avellaneda came free, but Alberto Hustaz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 28 minutes, Edgardo Claude took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Anastasio Savion to make any attempt to save it. Anastasio Savion came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by ROSARIO CENTRAL's Edgardo Claude. But to his dismay, Edgardo Claude quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. 34 minutes into the match, Paris Saint Germain's goal looked a bit too open when Peppo Fey came free, but Anastasio Savion reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edgardo Claude got free with Anastasio Savion in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee felt a red card was in order, 43 minutes into the game, when Peppo Fey put in a rough tackle. Peppo Fey hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. When Wilfredo Indar fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Paris Saint Germain's protests and gave Wilfredo Indar a yellow card for diving instead. Wilfredo Indar kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alejandro Baristo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Paris Saint Germain booed when ROSARIO CENTRAL was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Israel Deunoro didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 54th minute, Pastor Gentza got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Artemio Jaizki might have been able to make a better finish in the 57th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Anastasio Savion. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edgardo Claude took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Anastasio Savion. Anastasio Savion dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Benigno Cristofol's late challenge caught a ROSARIO CENTRAL's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alejandro Baristo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. ROSARIO CENTRAL's Alberto Hustaz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save ROSARIO CENTRAL from getting a goal against them.
