Spectators: 7488 (Terracing: 5617, Seating: 1722, VIP seats: 149) KIKE ESPERT FC's Valentin Elixio started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Javier Stephen in the 4th minute of play forced KIKE ESPERT FC's goalkeeper Batur Perver to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adan Tello came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by KIKE ESPERT FC's Bernardo Lohitzun. But to his dismay, Bernardo Lohitzun quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After having played for 15 minutes, Valentin Elixio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. KIKE ESPERT FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Valentin Elixio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 23rd minute Valentin Elixio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adan Tello saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 29th match minute, Sauzal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ivan Salbatore to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 30 minutes, Bernardo Lohitzun put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Adan Tello. KIKE ESPERT FC's Bernardo Lohitzun got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 35 minutes into the match, Sauzal's goal looked a bit too open when Bernardo Lohitzun came free, but Adan Tello reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bernardo Lohitzun in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Adan Tello saved Sauzal from getting behind. After some careless play in the Sauzal defense, Bernardo Lohitzun kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Adan Tello. The Sauzal fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Adan Tello should have stopped the shot. Adan Tello came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by KIKE ESPERT FC's Haroldo Fraco. But to his dismay, Haroldo Fraco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. 43 minutes into the match, Sauzal's goal looked a bit too open when Bernardo Lohitzun came free, but Adan Tello reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adan Tello showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ricardo Francesco, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Javier Stephen in the 47th minute of play forced KIKE ESPERT FC's goalkeeper Batur Perver to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half KIKE ESPERT FC were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Javier Stephen made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Sauzal's Apolo Ixaka seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Apolo Ixaka the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Sauzal protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Apolo Ixaka had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in Sauzal fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 53rd minute. Penalty! In the 56th minute there was a penalty for KIKE ESPERT FC. Ismael Rudolfo stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Adan Tello. 0-5. Valentin Elixio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adan Tello having to interfere. Adan Tello took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernardo Lohitzun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Haroldo Fraco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 66th minute Bernardo Lohitzun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adan Tello saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Sauzal's Adan Tello got control of the ball when Valentin Elixio tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Ivan Salbatore fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sauzal's protests and gave Ivan Salbatore a yellow card for diving instead. In the 68th minute, Ivan Salbatore hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sauzal's Adan Tello proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Sauzal from getting a goal against them. Valentin Elixio was extremely unlucky when he, in the 73rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Sauzal's defense didn't have a chance, in the 81st minute, when Bernardo Lohitzun scored to the left of an out of position Adan Tello, making the score, 0-6. 85 minutes into the game, KIKE ESPERT FC's Bernardo Lohitzun nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Adan Tello made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-7. Adan Tello didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Valentin Elixio went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-8 was the resulting score. KIKE ESPERT FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
