Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Maximiliano Mosen started the match with the kick off. The supporters of La Polenta Taragnarock booed when Gardey FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Josh De Lucca didn't get a good kick on the ball. David Johnsson made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Maximiliano Mosen sent off a good shot on target. 5 minutes into the match, La Polenta Taragnarock's Maximiliano Mosen sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that David Johnsson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 7 minutes into the game, Gardey FC's Cesar Markel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jeremias Iban made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. La Polenta Taragnarock's Jeremias Iban played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cesar Markel in the 10th minute of play. With his leg David Johnsson managed to avoid a goal in the 12thth minute, when La Polenta Taragnarock's Maximiliano Mosen fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Jeremias Iban showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cesar Markel in the 15th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Maximiliano Mosen in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck David Johnsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Maximiliano Mosen came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the La Polenta Taragnarock fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maximiliano Mosen couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Maximiliano Mosen in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck David Johnsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ambrosio Jacob fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Johnsson having to interfere. In the 31stth minute of the game Maximiliano Mosen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gardey FC's David Johnsson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 35 minutes into the match, La Polenta Taragnarock's goal looked a bit too open when Josh De Lucca came free, but Jeremias Iban reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jeremias Iban showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Josh De Lucca in the 38th minute of the match. A collision led to Gardey FC getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Ladislao Refugio hit a great ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Eusebio Maties kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. In the 58th minute, Gardey FC's Cesar Markel seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Cesar Markel the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Gardey FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Cesar Markel had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 63 minutes into the match, Victoriano Cordero had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of David Johnsson. Gardey FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Victoriano Cordero was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Jeremias Iban showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedro Malvin, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. David Johnsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximiliano Mosen in the 71st minute of play. 73 minutes into the match, Gardey FC's goal looked a bit too open when Maximiliano Mosen came free, but David Johnsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When La Polenta Taragnarock's Maximiliano Mosen in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Gardey FC's goalie prevented a goal. David Johnsson came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by La Polenta Taragnarock's Maximiliano Mosen. But to his dismay, Maximiliano Mosen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. David Johnsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victoriano Cordero in the 84th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximiliano Mosen in the 85th minute of play forced Gardey FC's goalkeeper David Johnsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to La Polenta Taragnarock getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Alejandro Umbruso hit a great ball. After having played for 91 minutes, Josh De Lucca managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gardey FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Josh De Lucca was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
