Timoteo Abar made in the 4th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Victoriano Cordero however managed to control. Mariano Frascuelo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victoriano Cordero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Los del sur F. C's Mariano Frascuelo got control of the ball when Alejandro Umbruso tried to sneak it across the goal line. 14 minutes into the game, Donato Eladio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Jeremias Iban was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 18th minute, Ambrosio Jacob hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 22ndth minute of the game Donato Eladio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but La Polenta Taragnarock's Jeremias Iban was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 23rd match minute, La Polenta Taragnarock was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eusebio Maties to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Alfonso Selmo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Los del sur F. C's supporters rose to their feet, but Alfonso Selmo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jeremias Iban breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 26th minute, Jose Eguzki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 27th minute Donato Eladio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeremias Iban saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jeremias Iban came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Los del sur F. C's Eugenio Puja. But to his dismay, Eugenio Puja quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Jeremias Iban didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Donato Eladio went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Donato Eladio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Los del sur F. C's supporters rose to their feet, but Donato Eladio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jeremias Iban breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

If Donato Eladio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 60th minute Fausto Cefero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mariano Frascuelo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mariano Frascuelo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alejandro Umbruso, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Donato Eladio in the 64thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jeremias Iban, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Jeremias Iban showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Donato Eladio in the 76th minute of the match. Mariano Frascuelo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victoriano Cordero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 86 minutes into the game, Donato Eladio recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jeremias Iban. Donato Eladio showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. La Polenta Taragnarock's Jeremias Iban played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Donato Eladio in the 89th minute of play. Donato Eladio in the 93rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jeremias Iban, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Los del sur F. C's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
