Mauro Joachim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clemente Matteo in the 22nd minute of the match. Pingos Futbol Club's Silvio Checa quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Clemente Teodor, made in the 28th minute of the game. AFC CERBEROS's Mauro Joachim proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save AFC CERBEROS from getting a goal against them. In the 46thth minute of the game Felix Azibar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pingos Futbol Club's Marcial Licerio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Clemente Matteo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. AFC CERBEROS's Isaac Hanot got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cristobal Orlandus kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Nestor Naldo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Mauro Joachim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of AFC CERBEROS booed when Pingos Futbol Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Clemente Matteo didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Pingos Futbol Club fans cheered their team off the field, for while AFC CERBEROS had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
