Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 150) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Teo Eguen got the match started through his kick off. 3 minutes into the game, Gogo Milian recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Thanos Pappageorge. Gogo Milian showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. After 5 minutes, Felix Etxepare mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the San Miguel City and the Drumcode players grew even worse after the yellow card. 6 minutes into the match, San Miguel City's goal looked a bit too open when Teo Eguen came free, but Geronimo Lertxun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 10 played minutes San Miguel City got a freekick which was hit by Felix Etxepare. After 14 played minutes Drumcode got a freekick which was hit by Hernan Tauro. Drumcode's defense didn't have a chance, in the 15th minute, when Ladislao Dalmau scored to the left of an out of position Thanos Pappageorge, making the score, 2-0. In the 22nd minute of the match, Rodrigo Unax got a very nice opportunity to score, but Thanos Pappageorge was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Geronimo Lertxun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cesar Carignano in the 23rd minute of the match. In the 24th minute, Eugenio Colas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Teo Eguen's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Geronimo Lertxun was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Teo Eguen in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Geronimo Lertxun prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Evaristo Isusko hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. In the 30th minute Benjamin Justin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thanos Pappageorge saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to San Miguel City getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Rodrigo Unax hit a great ball. Eugenio Colas kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. After having played for 43 minutes, Cesar Carignano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Drumcode's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cesar Carignano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 47 minutes into the match, Gogo Milian dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Thanos Pappageorge, 3-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rodrigo Unax to strike the kick off in the second half. Cesar Carignano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rodrigo Unax made in the 58th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Benjamin Justin. Thanos Pappageorge showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gogo Milian, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Cecilio Jeraldo's late challenge caught a Drumcode's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cecilio Jeraldo helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Drumcode booed when San Miguel City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cecilio Jeraldo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 64th minute, Lars Benet sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and San Miguel City's Geronimo Lertxun didn't even have to move. Thanos Pappageorge made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gogo Milian in the 70th minute of play. The supporters of Drumcode booed when San Miguel City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodrigo Unax didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 73rd match minute, Drumcode was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Froilan Mino to maneuver through the defense. Hernan Tauro struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Geronimo Lertxun didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Drumcode. In the 79th minute, Evaristo Isusko left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Drumcode fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. After a rather tough play, San Miguel City's Cecilio Jeraldo got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Rodrigo Unax kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Drumcode were awarded a corner in the 87th minute after San Miguel City's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Lars Benet took the corner. 90 minutes into the match, San Miguel City's goalkeeper Geronimo Lertxun had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Teo Eguen. A collision led to Drumcode getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Teo Eguen hit a great ball. Thanos Pappageorge took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benjamin Justin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 96th minute Benjamin Justin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thanos Pappageorge saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. San Miguel City's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
