The Clason fans' excitement grew in the 46th match minute when Clason's Baltasar Uxio looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-8 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After the first half Clason were leading 0-8. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Baltasar Uxio made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Melquiades Loiola reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Isaac Menendo. The goal made the score 0-9. In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind Club Atletico General Paz's goalkeeper Isaac Menendo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Baltasar Uxio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isaac Menendo having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Romeo Garikoitz during the 59th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Isaac Menendo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Baltasar Uxio went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-13 was the resulting score. Isaac Menendo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Melquiades Loiola in the 80th minute of play. Isaac Menendo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Baltasar Uxio in the 81st minute. Melquiades Loiola did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-14 to the left of a surprised Isaac Menendo 84 minutes into the match. If Melquiades Loiola had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 96 minutes in the game, Melquiades Loiola fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Isaac Menendo having to interfere. The Club Atletico General Paz fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Clason were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
