In the 12th minute Leopoldo Cilio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ceferino Osoro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Virgilio Tartalo hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leopoldo Cilio in the 14th minute of play forced lןןl Banfield Drillers's goalkeeper Ceferino Osoro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 15 minutes lןןl Banfield Drillers's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ciro Ikatz who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Lucas Maraman got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ceferino Osoro quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After 16 minutes, Virgilio Tartalo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the lןןl Banfield Drillers and the Ituzaingo players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Ituzaingo booed when lןןl Banfield Drillers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Virgilio Tartalo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ceferino Osoro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leopoldo Cilio, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. In the 20th minute, Leopoldo Cilio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ituzaingo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. In the 28thth minute of the game Ciro Ikatz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but lןןl Banfield Drillers's Ceferino Osoro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 29 minutes into the game, Ciro Ikatz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Ceferino Osoro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ituzaingo's Cosme Peruanton got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 34 minutes into the match, Ciro Ikatz notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of lןןl Banfield Drillers's Ceferino Osoro. Ceferino Osoro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 37 minutes, Leopoldo Cilio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ituzaingo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leopoldo Cilio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Marquinhos Gvardiol fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ceferino Osoro having to interfere. The wind increased when Ciro Ikatz made the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ciro Ikatz got free with Ceferino Osoro in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Virgilio Tartalo took the corner. The corner led lןןl Banfield Drillers's Virgilio Tartalo to fire away a dangerous shot which Uriel Haitz despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Ceferino Osoro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ciro Ikatz, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Uriel Haitz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ceferino Osoro was a little too slow when Leopoldo Cilio got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 85th minute. The score was now 1-7. After a rather tough play, Ituzaingo's Vladimiro Gil got a free kick in the 91st minute. In the 94th match minute, Ituzaingo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Javier Kaxen to maneuver through the defense. Uriel Haitz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgard Justin, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Ituzaingo's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
