After having played for 20 minutes, Ruperto Ordono managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Les Enfants Terribles FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ruperto Ordono was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Pablo Acosta kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Miroslav Janček. That made the score 1-1 in the 29 minute of play. In the 33rd minute Emanuel Bautista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miroslav Janček saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 34th minute, Arnaldo Suero reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Miroslav Janček. The goal made the score 2-1. The audience was convinced that Arnaldo Suero's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Miroslav Janček was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. A very good chance for a goal. 79 minutes into the match, Globo Juniors's goal looked a bit too open when Ionuț Maftei came free, but João Francisco Lucas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Les Enfants Terribles FC's zone, Arnaldo Suero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Miroslav Janček came out of the goal and Arnaldo Suero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jaime lago could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but João Francisco Lucas made a huge save. The audience was convinced that Arnaldo Suero's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Miroslav Janček was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. João Francisco Lucas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaime lago in the 88th minute of play. When Herbert Dubilas fell near the penalty area in the 92nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Les Enfants Terribles FC's protests and gave Herbert Dubilas a yellow card for diving instead. After 92 played minutes Les Enfants Terribles FC got a freekick which was hit by Herbert Dubilas. 96 minutes into the game, Pablo Acosta cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Miroslav Janček was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the referee blew the final whistle, Globo Juniors could leave the field as winners, despite Les Enfants Terribles FC having more of the ball for most of the match.
