Spectators: 7523 (Terracing: 5643, Seating: 1730, VIP seats: 150) CAYASTA II's Arne Sepik started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When the match had gone on for 4 minutes, Arne Sepik took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Gaston Aguilera to make any attempt to save it. Gaston Aguilera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vasile Dragomir in the 9th minute. RIVER PLATE FC's Gaston Aguilera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save RIVER PLATE FC from getting a goal against them. A collision led to CAYASTA II getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Ulf Krumlinde hit a great ball. Gaston Aguilera didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arne Sepik went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. In the 24th minute, Abel Lordi reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Gaston Aguilera. The goal made the score 3-0. 29 minutes into the match, RIVER PLATE FC's goalkeeper Gaston Aguilera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arne Sepik. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arne Sepik got free with Gaston Aguilera in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gaston Aguilera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karel Kacharov in the 42nd minute of play. RIVER PLATE FC's Gaston Aguilera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bartolo Suarez in the 44th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in RIVER PLATE FC's zone, Vasile Dragomir stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gaston Aguilera came out of the goal and Vasile Dragomir tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 48thth minute of the game Arne Sepik who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but RIVER PLATE FC's Gaston Aguilera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nicolas Llin was the one to do the kick off. Gaston Aguilera came out of the goal in the 51st minute to try and stop a shot by CAYASTA II's Arne Sepik. But to his dismay, Arne Sepik quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. When the match had gone on for 55 minutes, Arne Sepik put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Gaston Aguilera. 60 minutes into the match, Arne Sepik notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of RIVER PLATE FC's Gaston Aguilera. Gaston Aguilera was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 72 minutes into the match, RIVER PLATE FC's goal looked a bit too open when Karel Kacharov came free, but Gaston Aguilera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bartolo Suarez in the 74th minute of play forced RIVER PLATE FC's goalkeeper Gaston Aguilera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 77th match minute, RIVER PLATE FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Natalio Mendiko to maneuver through the defense. After 77 played minutes, CAYASTA II's Nicola Otamendi shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Gaston Aguilera came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in CAYASTA II reached it. Dimitar Kalev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicolas Llin in the 84th minute of the match. RIVER PLATE FC's Gaston Aguilera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mauro Otsoa in the 85th minute of play. 88 minutes into the game, Vasile Dragomir cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-0. Gaston Aguilera was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 90th minute, Mauro Otsoa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 93 minutes into the game, Vasile Dragomir cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 9-0. Gaston Aguilera was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. CAYASTA II fully deserved thier win.
