GRUPOSIMA FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave VELEZ the free kick. 14 minutes into the match, Anacleto Tibalt notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of GRUPOSIMA FC's Ricardo Ciceron. Ricardo Ciceron was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 17 minutes, Dionisio Beliran mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the VELEZ and the GRUPOSIMA FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, VELEZ's Dionisio Beliran got a free kick in the 17th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angel Seguinus in the 20th minute of play forced VELEZ's goalkeeper Eloy Mon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eloy Mon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Angel Seguinus, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Ricardo Ciceron showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dionisio Beliran in the 52nd minute of the match. 53 minutes into the game, VELEZ's Dionisio Beliran nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ricardo Ciceron made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Dionisio Beliran managed to get in a good position for a shot. VELEZ's supporters rose to their feet, but Dionisio Beliran was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ricardo Ciceron breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 59 minutes, Anacleto Tibalt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. VELEZ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anacleto Tibalt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Antonio Rik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Efrain Corderun ran back to his position shaking his head. Ricardo Ciceron came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by VELEZ's Antonio Rik. But to his dismay, Antonio Rik quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0.
