With a little luck, San Lorenzo de Mar del's Leonides Medardo got control of the ball when Primitivo Enetz tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 43rd minute, Cristian Montrelle hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Primitivo Enetz managed to get in a good position for a shot. PoRtUgAl hOcKeY's supporters rose to their feet, but Primitivo Enetz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leonides Medardo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Domingo Olando made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in PoRtUgAl hOcKeY's zone, Domingo Olando stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Angel Jon came out of the goal and Domingo Olando tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Leonides Medardo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Cristian Iraido received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Leonides Medardo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 67th minute the ball was on its way in behind San Lorenzo de Mar del's goalkeeper Leonides Medardo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, San Lorenzo de Mar del's Marcos Dias got a free kick in the 70th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Haroldo Solustiano kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Angel Jon. That made the score 2-2 in the 76 minute of play. 81 minutes into the match, Cristian Iraido had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leonides Medardo. San Lorenzo de Mar del's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristian Iraido was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. PoRtUgAl hOcKeY's Cristian Iraido managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Eduardo De Francesco in the 88 minute of the game. When Haroldo Solustiano came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the San Lorenzo de Mar del fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Haroldo Solustiano couldn't finish the play. When PoRtUgAl hOcKeY's Primitivo Enetz in the 92nd minute got a chance for a shot 92nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
