Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5625, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Romulo Herrera took the kick off in the first half of the match. Ramon Mel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Henric Springfält went, in the 4th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. In the 6th match minute, Soledad AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teobaldo Karmel to maneuver through the defense. After 8 minutes, Teobaldo Karmel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Soledad AFC and the Basavilbaso FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 8th minute, Teobaldo Karmel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 10th minute, Clemente Rubio made a precise shot to the right of Ramon Mel. Soledad AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. When Henric Springfält got free in front of the goal in the 14th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Ramon Mel was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. A hard shot 15 in the game by Clemente Rubio from a close distance when the talented Ramon Mel managed to make a qualified save. Soledad AFC's players were relieved. In the 16th minute, Henric Springfält reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ramon Mel. The goal made the score 3-0. In the 21st minute, Clemente Rubio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Basavilbaso FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. In the 23rd match minute, Soledad AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gerardo Raitin to maneuver through the defense. In the 26th minute, Clemente Rubio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 29 minutes into the match, Soledad AFC's goalkeeper Ramon Mel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Venancio Lop. Clemente Rubio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ramon Mel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. In the 31st minute, Ruben Gentza left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Basavilbaso FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Gerardo Raitin hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Henric Springfält had several of the Soledad AFC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 39 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 7-0 score and a disappointed Ramon Mel as he didn't even see the shot coming. With a little luck, Soledad AFC's Ramon Mel got control of the ball when Clemente Rubio tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Clemente Rubio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Clemente Rubio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Clemente Rubio notched a goal, 8-0, to the right of Soledad AFC's Ramon Mel. Ramon Mel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henric Springfält in the 58th minute of play forced Soledad AFC's goalkeeper Ramon Mel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Clemente Rubio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramon Mel having to interfere. Eustaquio Lucado who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 62ndth minute tested the skills of Orvar Bäckström when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Clemente Rubio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Basavilbaso FC's Orvar Bäckström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Augusto Rumaldo in the 76th minute of play. Ramon Mel came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Basavilbaso FC's Clemente Rubio. But to his dismay, Clemente Rubio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 9-0. Soledad AFC made a substitution. Abel Sotil replaced Gaspar Gonsalve. Orvar Bäckström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Augusto Rumaldo in the 83rd minute of the match. When Eriberto Lordi fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Basavilbaso FC's protests and gave Eriberto Lordi a yellow card for diving instead. In the 85th minute, Eriberto Lordi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ramon Mel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Henric Springfält, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Henric Springfält made a great header on Basavilbaso FC's corner, it was just that Soledad AFC's Ramon Mel managed to reach the ball for a save. Basavilbaso FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
