After a defensive mix-up in Gaita´s club's zone, Cornelio Berto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jaime Cortez came out of the goal and Cornelio Berto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. San Fernando CDB's defense didn't have a chance, in the 9th minute, when Osvaldo Asteri scored to the left of an out of position Adan Peruanton, making the score, 1-0. After 11 played minutes San Fernando CDB got a freekick which was hit by Juan Guillelmus. Jaime Cortez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Simon Betadur, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. After 20 played minutes San Fernando CDB got a freekick which was hit by Juan Guillelmus. 23 minutes into the match, San Fernando CDB's goalkeeper Adan Peruanton had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Osvaldo Asteri. Adan Peruanton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Osvaldo Asteri in the 24th minute of the match. In the 32nd minute Kurtuluş Tuğcu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adan Peruanton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rafael Bernaldo's late challenge caught a San Fernando CDB's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rafael Bernaldo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 34th minute, Rafael Bernaldo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 36th play minutes Osvaldo Asteri shot 3-0, a short shot which went by Adan Peruanton and just under the crossbar into goal. 40 minutes into the match, Osvaldo Asteri notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of San Fernando CDB's Adan Peruanton. Adan Peruanton was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 46th minute, Kurtuluş Tuğcu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gaita´s club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Simon Betadur made the kick off in the second half. 6-0 became the score in the 55th minute when Kurtuluş Tuğcu elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. San Fernando CDB's Adan Peruanton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Osvaldo Asteri in the 60th minute of play. Adan Peruanton came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Gaita´s club's Osvaldo Asteri. But to his dismay, Osvaldo Asteri quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. Osvaldo Asteri scored 8-0 in the 64th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Adan Peruanton, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 71 minutes into the game, Gaita´s club's Kurtuluş Tuğcu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Adan Peruanton made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 9-0. Kurtuluş Tuğcu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adan Peruanton having to interfere. 77 minutes into the match, Gaita´s club's Osvaldo Asteri sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Adan Peruanton narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Kurtuluş Tuğcu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gaita´s club's supporters rose to their feet, but Kurtuluş Tuğcu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adan Peruanton breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kurtuluş Tuğcu struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Adan Peruanton didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gaita´s club. An unexpectedly hard shot by Freddy Solustiano in the 84th minute of play forced San Fernando CDB's goalkeeper Adan Peruanton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gaita´s club's Jaime Cortez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save Gaita´s club from getting a goal against them. Gaita´s club made a substitution. Marcial Argenis replaced Kurtuluş Tuğcu. Gaita´s club's Vladimiro Azubeli was substituted for Delmiro Xabel. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Victor Tello managed to get in a good position for a shot. San Fernando CDB's supporters rose to their feet, but Victor Tello was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jaime Cortez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Gaita´s club had played much better football throughout.
