Epifanio Abancens took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fidel Perpinya, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 10th minute, Gaspar Mambru made a precise shot to the right of Denis Gipuzkoa. ARLO FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by František Kubeček in the 14th minute of play forced Club Atlético Racing Club's goalkeeper Epifanio Abancens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling František Kubeček in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Epifanio Abancens prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 20th minute Everardo Gilesindo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Epifanio Abancens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Horacio Macerio charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Horacio Macerio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 26th minute, one of ARLO FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for ARLO FC. Denis Gipuzkoa was a little too slow when Felipe Eyague got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 35th minute. The score was now 3-0. Jânio Prado kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Epifanio Abancens made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when František Kubeček sent off a good shot on target. ARLO FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fidel Perpinya was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Club Atlético Racing Club players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
