But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aureliusz Kornatowski couldn't finish the play. Filip Nowacki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabricio Sauveur in the 11th minute of the match. 19 minutes into the game, Vinicio Nalo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Atlético San Martín's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Q.A.C. the free kick. Vinicio Nalo kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. In the 20th match minute, Atlético San Martín was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vinicio Nalo to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice moves Narciso Urdaspal could shoot a difficult shot in the 21st minute, which Rigoberto Jerano however easily saved by the left post. In the 22nd minute, Julian Froila hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Filip Nowacki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacinto Ariztimuño in the 28th minute of the match. 31 minutes into the game, Narciso Urdaspal cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Rigoberto Jerano was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 33rd match minute, Q.A.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gregory Ojea to maneuver through the defense. When Florencio Quin fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Atlético San Martín's protests and gave Florencio Quin a yellow card for diving instead. If Gregory Ojea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 46 minutes of play, Atlético San Martín's Jacinto Ariztimuño made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Filip Nowacki was left in no man's land by his defense there!

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aureliusz Kornatowski made a kick off. Rigoberto Jerano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gregory Ojea in the 55th minute of play. The supporters of Q.A.C. booed when Atlético San Martín was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabricio Sauveur didn't get a good kick on the ball. Atlético San Martín's Rigoberto Jerano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Narciso Urdaspal in the 59th minute of play. Fabricio Sauveur could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Filip Nowacki made a huge save. 65 minutes into the match, Jacinto Ariztimuño notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Q.A.C.'s Filip Nowacki. Filip Nowacki was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gregory Ojea in the 67th minute of play forced Atlético San Martín's goalkeeper Rigoberto Jerano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 72nd minute, one of Q.A.C.:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Q.A.C.. When the match had been going on for 74 minutes, Atlético San Martín's Fabricio Sauveur got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Filip Nowacki. After 77 played minutes Q.A.C. got a freekick which was hit by Lucas Montrelle. Q.A.C.'s Filip Nowacki proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Q.A.C. from getting a goal against them. Gregory Ojea struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Rigoberto Jerano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Q.A.C.. 86 minutes into the match, Antonio Quilino notched a goal, 1-5, to the right of Q.A.C.'s Filip Nowacki. Filip Nowacki was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Rigoberto Jerano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gregory Ojea, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. Filip Nowacki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacinto Ariztimuño in the 98th minute of the match. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Atlético San Martín eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
