With an extended leg and a bit of luck Melquiades Elia prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 4th minute Rafael Tebaldo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Melquiades Elia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Ignacio Evis could shoot a difficult shot in the 5th minute, which Melquiades Elia however easily saved by the left post. Melquiades Elia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Diego Oxarra in the 6th minute of the match. After 8 played minutes Racing Positivo got a freekick which was hit by Cesar Txema. In the 11th minute, Rogelio Osmundo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Malvivientes defense, Florencio Procopio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Melquiades Elia. The Malvivientes fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Melquiades Elia should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Malvivientes getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Rogelio Osmundo hit a great ball. Peter Crouch kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 17thth minute. Though ot was a great shot Malvivientes's keeper Melquiades Elia was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. In the 20th minute, Michael Ciobica ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Melquiades Elia was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. A collision led to Malvivientes getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Vladimiro Peyo hit a great ball. In the 23rdth minute of the game Diego Oxarra who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Malvivientes's Melquiades Elia was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Diego Oxarra in the 25th minute of play forced Malvivientes's goalkeeper Melquiades Elia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Danilo Serapio came free with the goalkeeper in the 28th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Melquiades Elia could save by the left post. The crowd rose to their feet as Racing Positivo's Michael Ciobica slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Melquiades Elia. That made the score 3-0 after 29 minutes of play. In the 35th minute, Malvivientes's Uriel Erruki seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Uriel Erruki the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Malvivientes protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Uriel Erruki had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Uriel Erruki kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patricio Laffitte in the 36th minute of play forced Malvivientes's goalkeeper Melquiades Elia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Melquiades Elia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Michael Ciobica in the 37th minute of play. 43 minutes into the match, Racing Positivo's goal looked a bit too open when Jonatan Abel came free, but Santos Llin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 44 minutes into the game, Ignacio Evis cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Melquiades Elia was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The crowd rose to their feet as Racing Positivo's Michael Ciobica slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Melquiades Elia. That made the score 6-0 after 47 minutes of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 6-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Raimundo Favila to make the kick off. Ignacio Evis took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Melquiades Elia. Melquiades Elia dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. In the 60th minute Diego Oxarra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Melquiades Elia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 63 minutes into the match, Malvivientes's goal looked a bit too open when Peter Crouch came free, but Melquiades Elia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Melquiades Elia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Peter Crouch, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. The supporters of Racing Positivo booed when Malvivientes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ermegildo Sotil didn't get a good kick on the ball. Melquiades Elia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Diego Oxarra in the 70th minute of the match. Malvivientes's Melquiades Elia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Michael Ciobica in the 74th minute of play. 78 minutes into the game, Ermegildo Sotil recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Santos Llin. Ermegildo Sotil showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 9-1. Michael Ciobica took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Melquiades Elia. Melquiades Elia dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 10-1. In the 84th minute, Ignacio Evis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Racing Positivo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 11-1. Malvivientes's Melquiades Elia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ignacio Evis in the 87th minute of play. Ermegildo Sotil kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Jonatan Abel hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. In the 94th minute, Patricio Laffitte sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Malvivientes's Melquiades Elia didn't even have to move. 96 minutes into the match, Michael Ciobica notched a goal, 13-1, to the right of Malvivientes's Melquiades Elia. Melquiades Elia was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Racing Positivo fully deserved thier win.
