Malvivientes's Angelo Turi got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Angelo Turi came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Malvivientes fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Angelo Turi couldn't finish the play. Raimundo Favila sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Melquiades Elia made an important save on a dangerous shot by Agustin Eleazar in the 17th minute. After a rather tough play, SAPA FC's Danilo Ruisko got a free kick in the 18th minute. Uriel Erruki hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Malvivientes's Melquiades Elia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hernan Eleazar in the 70th minute of play. 71 minutes into the game, Romulo Ederono cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Melquiades Elia was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Agustin Eleazar in the 77th minute of play forced Malvivientes's goalkeeper Melquiades Elia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
