Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Tiburcio Aguilera took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 11th minute, Orlando Esquipula ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cornelio Aztore was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Orlando Esquipula in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cornelio Aztore prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mauro Amaya scored 0-3 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cornelio Aztore, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Tiburcio Aguilera came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Quilumpa AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tiburcio Aguilera couldn't finish the play. In the 46th minute, Pascual Orlondon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in La Delfina's zone, Tiburcio Aguilera stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jean-Pierre Mignolet came out of the goal and Tiburcio Aguilera tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Orlando Esquipula made a kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Quilumpa AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Orlando Esquipula came free, but Cornelio Aztore reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 62 minutes, Clodoveo Pes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the La Delfina and the Quilumpa AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 62nd minute, Clodoveo Pes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 63 minutes into the match, La Delfina's goal looked a bit too open when Geronimo Erdiano came free, but Jean-Pierre Mignolet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by German Galsino during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of La Delfina booed when Quilumpa AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. German Galsino didn't get a good kick on the ball. Benjamin Tunström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cornelio Aztore having to interfere. 81 minutes into the game, La Delfina's Orlando Esquipula nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cornelio Aztore made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. After a rather tough play, Quilumpa AFC's German Galsino got a free kick in the 88th minute. Orlando Esquipula's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cornelio Aztore read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched La Delfina eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
