If Baldomiro Umea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 8 minutes into the game, Ramon Malvin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bergero FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave MDQ MAX the free kick. A collision led to Bergero FC getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Matias Abechuco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benigno Montrell, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. In the 20th minute, Baldomiro Umea got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 27th match minute, Bergero FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iker Bizi to maneuver through the defense. In the 36thth minute of the game Benigno Montrell who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bergero FC's Matias Abechuco was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Benigno Montrell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Matias Abechuco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marcial Iratze recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Baldomiro Umea came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Bergero FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Baldomiro Umea couldn't finish the play. Adolfo Karmel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Baldomiro Umea to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Bergero FC's goalkeeper Matias Abechuco, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 55 minutes, Marcial Iratze put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Matias Abechuco. Timoteo Erauso charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Timoteo Erauso the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 76th minute, Baldomiro Umea ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lucas Tolino was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Matias Abechuco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Esteban Azevedo in the 80th minute of the match. In the 81st minute, Igor Luzea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 85 minutes, Edelmiro Etxatxu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bergero FC and the MDQ MAX players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Bergero FC's Edelmiro Etxatxu got a free kick in the 85th minute. Martin Rivas was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 86th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 90th minute there was a penalty for MDQ MAX. Martin Rivas stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Matias Abechuco. 4-1. Benigno Montrell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matias Abechuco having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. MDQ MAX fully deserved thier win.
