Natalio Baleren took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zeledon Mateus. Zeledon Mateus dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 6 minutes into the match, Coyotes's Natalio Baleren sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zeledon Mateus narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Leandro Bernat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amadeo Mederi in the 9th minute of play. If Genaro Veronica had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Luciano Pancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 13th minute the ball was on its way in behind Otumpa's goalkeeper Zeledon Mateus, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Genaro Veronica charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Genaro Veronica the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 16th match minute, Coyotes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Genaro Veronica to maneuver through the defense. 17 minutes into the match, Coyotes's goal looked a bit too open when Amadeo Mederi came free, but Leandro Bernat reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Genaro Veronica received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Zeledon Mateus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Natalio Baleren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leandro Bernat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tadeo Jordy in the 23rd minute of play. After some careless play in the Otumpa defense, Natalio Baleren kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zeledon Mateus. The Otumpa fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zeledon Mateus should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Otumpa's zone, Natalio Baleren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zeledon Mateus came out of the goal and Natalio Baleren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Zeledon Mateus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximino Cordera, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 38th minute of the match Otumpa got a corner. Coyotes's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Leonides Ariando ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Leonides Ariando almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Coyotes's Leandro Bernat did a great save. In the 40th minute Americo Ieltxu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zeledon Mateus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 45 minutes, Eriberto Olo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Coyotes and the Otumpa players grew even worse after the yellow card. Eriberto Olo kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. When Enrique Frascuelo came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Otumpa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Enrique Frascuelo couldn't finish the play.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Luciano Pancho to strike the kick off in the second half. Zeledon Mateus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luciano Pancho in the 51st minute of play. The corner led to Coyotes's Americo Ieltxu getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Zeledon Mateus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luciano Pancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Tadeo Jordy struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Leandro Bernat didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Otumpa. In the 63rd minute Reynaldo Ilixo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leandro Bernat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 64th minute Maximino Cordera shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zeledon Mateus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 67 minutes, Genaro Veronica managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Coyotes's supporters crossed their fingers, but Genaro Veronica was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Maximino Cordera came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Coyotes fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maximino Cordera couldn't finish the play. Zeledon Mateus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Genaro Veronica in the 85th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luciano Pancho in the 88th minute of play forced Otumpa's goalkeeper Zeledon Mateus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Luciano Pancho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Coyotes's supporters rose to their feet, but Luciano Pancho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zeledon Mateus breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Coyotes getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Americo Ieltxu hit a great ball. Leandro Bernat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amadeo Mederi in the 94th minute of the match. 95 minutes into the game, Luciano Pancho recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Zeledon Mateus. Luciano Pancho showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. Coyotes's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
